At IBM we have a deactivated user as they have left the company. We had box links attached to education that has disapeared along with this user and can no longer access those links.
Would we be able to reactivate these links and files?

Welcome to Box Community! We’ll gladly provide the details needed so you could access the shared links owned by the deactivated user.
We highly suggest that you reach out to your Box administrator. Please note that setting the managed user’s account to inactive will freeze their Box access as well as their contents, including shared links and collaborations.
