I am trying to add a user to a folder but when I add the persons email address i get the message that the user is deactivated and cannot collaborate.  How do I correct this so I can add this person to collaborate on a folder?

I have the same problem, what can I do? I have created a new folder - as the first time he was a collaborator was in 3_23 - and that deal is dead - we have created a new folder to share and cannot - the error message is the same - the external collaborator is deactivated


I am having the same issue.  I'm trying to add a user to collaborate and the error says the collaborator is deactivated.  How do I fix this?
