Hello,


I'm trying to access my account [personal information–redacted] but it seems that the account is deactivated.


I'm not receiving password reset mail and people that are trying to share folder and files with me told me that they see my account deactivated.


I tried to open a case but it doesn't worked.


How can I reactivate my account ?
