Welcome to the Box Community!

Your account can only be deleted if it was deactivated on your end. Once deactivated, it will take 120 days to be fully removed from our system. To delete your account please see below: 

1. Sign into your Box.com account

2. Visit https://app.box.com/account

3. Here, click 'Permanently Delete Your Account'

4. Confirm deletion by clicking 'okay' to complete the process.

*please note that the deletion is not an immediate action.
