Hello - my Box account says that 5.7GB is occupied but I have cleared everything out. I understand a script can be run to correct this but how do I contact support to ask for this? I also saw that this has been a common problem for at least 3 years - how can it be that it hasn't been sorted out yet? Thanks!

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
