Our end user face one question, the user did not login box, but the latest updated show his account name. Is there record which about box account login history? Or what happen to the folder? Or is there update history for the folder? Thanks a lot.

To confirm, is the end user a managed user of a Business or Enterprise Box? If yes, the user's Admin may run a User Activity Report to determine the user's last login and file activity.
