Hi Mark,

Welcome to the Box Community!

If a user need to copy and/or transfer data from one Box account to another, collaborations may help.

The owner may invite the user as a "co-owner" or "editor" in the folder and once the user is already collaborating in the folder, he should be able to copy items from the folder to his own Box. For details on moving and copying items in Box, please take a look at this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196593-Moving-and-Copying-Files-Folders

This article explains the actions that certain collaborator permissions may take in a collaborative content: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196413-Understanding-Collaborator-Permission-Levels

Hope this helps! Thanks for your post and let us know how else we can help.

Hi

I changed the administrator and have transferd all the data to other user. I transferd only 110MB but systems says that my storage lost 50Ggb. I am wondering how to fix this issue. It seems it does not show accurate the data
