I have large amount of data on my Box account. I want that data on my external device. If I provide you(Box) with my external device, will you transfer my data to it.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Unfortunately, Box does not offer this type of service however, if you are looking to download your contents from Box elsewhere, there are a few download methods we can recommend

    • Using Box download button
    • Using Box with FTP or FTPS - Recommended for occasional Bulk download/ upload
    • Using Box Drive or Box Sync - You can mark your folders to sync or offline access into your desktop and make a copy of that into your external harddrive.
