Why won't Box show all of my data rooms? Even when a client has emailed me a link Box will only show some data rooms and not the ones I need

Please note that the Box files/folders shared through shared link will not appear in your Box account. Instead, you can only access these Box contents by clicking the shared link.
You can only access the Box files/folders you uploaded yourself or the ones that was shared to your through collaboration invite.
