Dear box support team,

How do i recover documents on a folder that i am co-owner of? The owner and myself have tried to search for the folder content even in the trash we could not find it. Is it possible to for your assistance with recovery. If so who has to contact you. Myself or the owner?

    Hi Sandile,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Is the owner of the missing document part of a Business or Enterprise account? If yes, I would suggest reaching out to the Admin of his/ her Box first so they could run a User Activity Report to determine what happened to the missing content.

    If files have been deleted and are no longer in trash, our Support Team can help recover the deleted content with request from the owner or the person who deleted the content.

    Hi box team

     

    During a time I had a box account with several folders. Unfortunately, my account was stopped during a period of time. It is now reactivated, but I do not find my old folders and projects.

    Would you mind please to help to get back these data?
