Hello, this is Minaho from Japan.
I use this app for downloading photo data only for free, which means I can only use 10GB.
It says I've already used 10GB but I think my file is just 7.5GB. What happened to my file?
I appreciate if you could figure it out.

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect
To help resolve this, I've ran the script that will recount all of the files/ folders in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct file count and storage size in your Box.
