I have been a paying customer for years and have sent email back and forth with the support team until now. I do not see any options to contact support any more. I need the script run to bring back space because I get notified that I am running low. I have had this script run for me maybe 10 times before, but now I have no way of contacting support all of a sudden. (as a long-time paying customer) What gives???

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
