Is there a way to do a Cryptographic Erasure (CE) or Shredding of a Box file? I have some contracts that required immediate destruction of data upon end of contract.

The feature you are inquiring is currently not supported in Box. If you need to delete a content in Box, you can move then into your Box Trash and then permanently delete it from there, you can learn more about Box Trash in this article: Managing Trash
