Hi,


We were looking at upgrading our account and wanted to make a payment for the same. Everytime we go to pay and click submit we get an error message saying - We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance.


I tried with 3 different cards same message and I asked a friend to try from his laptop same message. So I think there is a problem in your payment gateway. Can I request you to please have that checked and let me know.
