Creation of multiple folders (when copying data from my system to box server) fails!

Hi

I get an error message “Ein oder mehrere untergeordnete Ordner konnten nicht hochgeladen werden.” (some or more Subfolders could not be uploaded).

What is wrong?

I just drag and drop my folder that is on an external drive into the application window, where all data is “stored” and listed.

How to solve this?

    If you’re on a licensing level that allows you to open support tickets, I would create a new case.  Support will likely ask you to upload a HAR file to see what’s happening on the browser-side of things.

    This usually happens when the application cannot access or process one or more folders from the external drive. Check if the affected folders contain unsupported characters in the name, very long file paths, restricted permissions, hidden/system files, or files currently in use by another program.
