Creating New Account Issue

Hi I'm an admin in Box for where I work I was trying to create 3 accounts (We have enough licenses) I created 2 OK the third I got an exclamation mark next to the email address with the following error - Email already used in a box account but not associated with an enterprise - I searched the email address but couldn't find an account

    I was sent a link to collaborate from the ACR.  When I try to create the a new box account to open the files I can only use the email address that was used in the invite.  The email address used in the invite is for Bon Secours Health organization so when I try to create a new account with that email address I am getting an error message.  How can open the link or create an account with that email?
