Creating folder templates

I recently went to a conference held by the Army Trial Defense Service. At the conference we were shown how to create a folder template. I cant for the life of me figure out how to do it know. I would love to get my hands on the slide show they presented because I really liked the way they had the template set up. Can anyone help me figure out how to set up a folder template?

    Currently, we do not have this functionality for the Box folder(s) and apologies for the limitation.
