I had our email team set up an alias email address for me to use to create a new sandbox.  This email is not tied to an existing managed box user, as it is an alias for my account, but not tied to my managed box account.  It allows me to create the sandbox with that email address but its been 2 days and I still have not received the login email.  I've checked our internal email filter and there is nothing getting caught there.  Wondering what could be the issue.
