Created Bookmark are not searchable or sortable

Hello, I created a bookmark to replace a pdf document that is now stored in another box folder. I have respected the document naming convention so all user can find quick that the pdf was replaced with a bookmark. Issue I have is my box folder where the bookmark is stored has many documents. When sorting, the bookmark does not show up in the same order as the pdf, xls or ppt included in that box folder. It always end up only at the end of the list sorted. Also, when searching for the link name, it does not show up at all in the search list.

Could we please have the bookmark sorted the same as any of the document included in the box folder and/or get the bookmark searchable ?

    The sorting behavior for bookmarks in Box webapp appears to be expected behavior, bookmarks will be placed at the end of the sorting list.

    For searching bookmarks, I did my own testing and this is working for me with no issue, I can search bookmarks I created in Box with no issue. Are the ones you are searching newly created or added to Box? 

    • Search Availability: It can take time between uploading or modifying a file for it to be fully indexed and ready to be searched. In most cases, you can expect newly added or changed files to be available via Box search in 10 minutes. The current service load determines the index time and it may take more than 10 minutes in some cases.
