When clicking word document inside box.com it attempts to launch new tab with word online but fails to do so. You click and nothing happens I tried different browsers I made sure "pop-ups and redirects" were allowed for box.com domain. I tried different devices and issue is on all devices.

To make sure that every angle is checked, can you try the following troubleshooting tips:

- Try connecting to other network to see if this makes any difference.
