Could you provide more more information or even share a screenshot about the issue you encountered with Box?

The option to submit a support case is no longer available for Personal Lite users, thus you have been redirected to the community forum, and the community might be better able to assist with additional context on the issue.

Received a message that Box did not update when performing a computer restart as prompted to update Windows Security. Sent Logs, and was prompted to create a Box Case. Screen Shot:

I have the same issue with the above box. The prompt leads to the Box home page with no direction on getting to the support case option.

same issue.. I have looked to create a support case .. but just end up here reading other people having the save direction and dead end. Can we have a solution posted please. Your UX needs an update.
