Create Password does not work

I created my account via SSO, but need to create a password for some shared files. However, when I try to do so I get a 400 error with the following response:

Welcome to the Box Community! 

From what I can see on my end, your account is under a free account and SSO is not required. Password protection for shared folder is also not available for your type of account. Please see this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044192353-Requiring-Strong-Passwords-for-External-Collaborators
