Create Folder When Client Uploads

I'd like to have a website link to upload to a Box folder for all clients to use.  However, that folder can become unmanageable as all the files are put into the same folder without regard to who uploaded them.  I know I can view the email address of who uploaded the files on the Box website, but I would prefer that each upload be put into a newly created subfolder with the name of the person who uploaded and the date.  Is it possible to have Box create a new subfolder and put the uploaded files into that folder each time someone uploads, using the data requested on the upload page to name the newly created subfolder?
