Our account has been inactive since April 2019 but we hoped to reopen operations in April 2020.  COVID 19 prevented that from happening and our business is now closed but we were charged the $540 for the annual renewal.

Please check our account; you will see there has not even been a login in over a year.  Can we please receive a refund for the renewal that just occurred today?
