Counting External users

Hi,

The external users count, on my admin console's "account information", is higher than I expected.

Is this a total of external users that collaborated on our folders, sometime in history, or does it state for current users?

    The total number of the external users you see under the admin's "Account Information" is the current external users collaborating in your folders.

    If you wish to further discuss your current licensed seats and plan with a Billing associate, you may reach out to our Billing department by selecting "Contact Support" from the top-navigation menu on this page, and choose among the available support channels for you.
