Couldn't create password then account deleted

Hello! I got invited to look at some files that required a strong password, but since I logged in through Google, I couldn't change my password because it said my password didn't exist. So, I tried deleting the account and recreating it manually, but now nothing works. It said I needed to call to reactivate it, and then the voice message on the call redirected me here.
