A request came in for me to copy one user's data to another's folder. It's quite large at about 60 GB. I know how to do that but when it asks about the destination folder I can not find it in the search or browse menu. I'm guessing because that folder has a private owner. I am the admin and can logon as that person but then I can access the files that need to be copied. Any ideas?

When you attempted to copy the folder did you use your Box account? If your answer is yes, please be sure to have access to the destination folder from your account as well. Meanwhile, you can access the account of your user who has the access on both folders to proceed and copy the contents.
