Hey, If copy paste can't be made to work again, I'll have to find a new tool.  What is being done to fix this?

Are you having trouble with copy paste on each files through box.com


If yes, please follow these troubleshooting steps: 


  • Updating your browser to the latest version

  • Clearing your browser's cache

  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network. 

  • Restart your machine.

I was having this issue in Box Sign. The copy and paste function for Box Sign fields was no longer working as it had previously. After seeing the above suggestions, I updated my Chrome browser and the functionality worked again.
