 I understand your issue regarding with Box Notes.

Have you tried accessing the affected file note using other computer or device?

Have you tried switching to another browser to access the file note?

Thank you for the advice. 

I tried with 2 different device, different browser but it still does not open the notes. 

Do you have any other solution?
