Content of PDF disappears when opening after transfer into BOX

This used to not be a problem, but now we are having an issue of content on statements downloaded from a particular bank not appearing once opened after loading to BOX.  What may be causing this? Have tried different combinations of downloading doc vs printing it to a .pdf, but neither is working.  Help!

For me to check, may I please have the following: 

  • Screen recording of your workflow
  • What Box app are you using?
  • Does it show any error message?

I see that this question is noted as "Answered", but there is no answer posted.  I am running into this same issue.  If I save the pdf to my Desktop, there is not a problem.  But when it is added to Box, I can literally see the entered text disappear in less than one second.

I have a similar issue with a W9 form; I can see the text in the Box preview but when I download and open in Acrobat the text I entered has disappeared. This is recent as I sent my W9 without issue a month ago.
