I have had a free basic Box account for many years, but need to change my default email. There may be an account account associated with the new email I wish to use, but I do not actively use it. Box support says this needs to be done by submitting a request, but the "submit a request" page only has the option to post here. Would be grateful for help with this issue.

In order to successfully change your primary email address. Please only select an email that's not yet associated with Box.
