two days ago I spent $1800 to sign up 3 people for Box.com. I cannot get support. I cannot find out how to reach support. There is not phone. not even a chat. If you click to links above they are a loop and get you back to the frustrating place at which you started. If I post in the community, I cannot find my post afterwards to see if anyone responded. I would like to cancel this and get a refund but even that doesn’t have an option. Somehow, this company has millions of users. I am sitting here with a PhD and just too dump to be able to figure out how to ask a question about he AI functions I thought I paid for a cannot access. So I am left waiting 24 hours for someone to perhaps see this messed hopefully they know my email and can reach out so I don’t have to challenge the charge with the credit cards company to cancel the service.
