I’ve set up a new user and sent and resent the confirmation email multiple times and they have still not received it. I also deleted and recreated the user and then sent and resent the confirmation email multiple times. It’s now been 24 hours. Appreciate any help?

If your new user is not receiving their email confirmation, the user’s email could be in suppression list and here’s what you can do.
The suppression list includes all email addresses that bounced, were marked as spam, or are no longer used for subscription purposes. You can remove up to 10 emails per day, one at a time.
To remove a user:
- Login to the Box web-app, and navigate to Admin Console> Enterprise Settings> Notifications tab.
- Start typing the user email address or the user name.
- Click the suggestion dialog. The user account name and the email assigned to this account will be displayed.
- Click Remove from list to remove the user from the suppression list.
An admin or co-admin can remove email addresses of users who belong to their enterprise.
Otherwise, you can follow these troubleshooting steps for email notifications.
