I'm making comments on a boxfile on desktop. All the comments after a certain date don't show up if I exit from the file, this includes newly made comments and previously made comments, but only after a certain date. They are available on my mobile app (though the comments were created on desktop) but don't show up on desktop no matter how many times I refresh or exit and sign in again. I've tried on different computers as well. This doesn't seem to be affecting new comments on other files though.

I would like to have you try clearing the cached data that is stored in your browser to see if this resolves the issue for you.

Thanks for responding, but it didn't seem to work. I tried twice and even restarted my computer. It also doesn't work on other desktop computers when I bring up the file. It's just one file that doesn't show any comments I made after Jan 29th. It does show up on my phone, though.
