Coloured tags for folders

Up until recently I've been able to 'tag' a folder with a colour (I use this as work process tool... ie red = not working on; orange = in progress; green = finished).

Now that feature seems to have disappeared and now all my folders are 'tag-less) so I have no idea which files are not working on or in progress or finished. 

Does anyone know how I can get this feature back?

Note: The colour tags feature works fine with folders on my desktop/external hard drive/servers so I don't think its an OS issue, just a Box one.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Our support in this case received a confirmation from our Engineering Team that unfortunately the use of colored tags with Box Drive FPE ( on Mac OS Monterey) is not supported.

    If this is something you would like to be able to use in Box Drive, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.

    This problem has already been raised on pulse way back in Oct 2019 and still nothing done about it.

    Interesting... I never had an issue with using coloured tags before, I only lost the ability to use them after the most recent Box update... I would have thought losing existing functionality is an issue or bug, rather than a feature.

    I never had an issue before either... until the Box update. It works everywhere else EXCEPT on Box ... which is very frustrating to say the least.

    Please fix!  6 mos later and no resolution.  Why in the world would you even consider removing ANY functionality??
