Colleague cannot access Box

Hi all, 

One of my colleagues has received confirmation that a Box account was created on his behalf but he cannot access. He tried to reset his password but he is not receiving any email. Can you please help solving this issue? Thanks,

To confirm if the affected user is correctly receiving emails from Box. Let me go ahead and open a support case. Please keep an eye out and a member from the Box Product Support team will reach out shortly.
