When I create a folder in my box I am able to use an integration to upload DICOM files. Picture shown below.
However, when I am invited to collaborate in a folder, I no longer have those options (picture below). Is this something the owner of the file needs to enable for me? Or am I unable to use that integration as a collaborator?

It's likely that the organization that owns the content shared to you do not have the integration enabled for their Enterprise.

Hello 362976492687, thank you very much for your reply. The owner is able to upload and view DICOM imaging files just fine in those shared folders, so it seems they do have it enabled for their organization. Is there a separate option they have to choose to enable it for external collaborators? I don't see any information on that in the article you have linked.
