I have an individual account that I am using to share files with an organization that uses Box. I have successfully sent invitations to the collaborators who were able to upload files to a folder I set up for them. After that, the collaborator names and permissions drop off and they can no longer access the folder. I have included "Contacts" in the app permissions. What am I missing?
