Collaborators cannot sign in when sent an invite

Hi, 

I have a number of collaborators that I have invited, mostly from one organisation that I work with that cannot sign in to my shared box. AADSTS50105

Are you able to help?

Hi Patrick, 

Welcome to the Box Community!

Please make sure these users have their own Box account as it is required when Collaborating in Box and they must log in using their own Box credentials to access the collaborative you share.

If the users are continuously having issues with their login, please have them submit a ticket to our support team on this page so the team can investigate and help resolve the issue.
