Hi,
I have added 3 collaborators to edit a file. None of them have been able to do this- one sees the excel sheet as a PDF that cannot be edited. The other cannot access it at all. I have tried to share by both sending a link to the file and also to add their emails as collaborators to the file itself.

To be able to edit a collaborative content, please make sure to grant your collaborators with the correct permission, in your case, you must grant them with "Editor" access which should allow them to open and make edits on the shared content.
