Hi there, for some reason "Viewers" to folders I have been sharing can only download files individually rather than as a full folder (download button doesn't appear on folder level), which is rather cumbersome. Is there a way to fix this at all?

You can change the option to allow download for the people you share your links to.
You would need to navigate into the Shared link settings to see this option.
