A collaborator who has been able to access files I have sent to her in the past is unable to access files now. She receives the "invite to collaborate", but when she signs in she isn't able to access the file. What could be happening?

The issue you reported can happen if someone received an invitation to collaborate but the email they received the invitation to is different from the email linked to their Box account.
Do you know if the affected user have other Box accounts? Is she logging in to the Box account linked to the email where you sent the invitation?
