I have noticed that Owners, Co-owners, Editors and Viewr uploader can dowload the file as it is even if it’s watermaked in the preview. However, all this collaborators can do some sort of editing to the files.Even if the Owner lock the file, they are allowed to unlock it which is quite bizarre. 

I need to have a way to allow collaborators to download watermaked files in the original extension (e.g. docx without any watermark) for traceability reasons, but at the same time I do not want them to have the permission to unlock/edit/delete/move etc the files. Is there an option to do that?
