We have sent several invitations to a collaborator and they claim to have accepted them and to see what they describe as their home page but cannot see the folder we have invited them to. In addition, they do not show up in our list of collaborators; it still says the invitation is pending. I have canceled and resent the invitation at least two times.

Pending invitations are requests for collaboration, or other actions, that you have not yet accepted or rejected. Pending invitations can come from collaborators, as well as from enterprises requiring you to perform special actions before you can access content.
Please make sure that your invitee(s) has accepted your invite accordingly and here's the steps.
