Hi, a collaborator is trying to change email notification settings to override the default settings, but he is getting an error message "sorry, there was a problem saving the settings for this folder." How can we allow him to make these changes?

You could try these preliminary troubleshooting steps:

  • Updating your browser to the latest version
  • Clearing your browser's cache
  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network
  • Restart your machine
