Collaborator added to an app is not showing

Hi,

I added a collaborator to a box app that I had created but the collaborator is not showing up in the app's user page under 'Collaborators'

However, the app does show up in the collaborator's account but none of it's contents (documents) are showing up in the collaborator's account.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Can you confirm the steps taken to add a collaborator to the Box application? Some screenshots would be great too!

Also, where is the collaborator seeing the app in their account?
