Hi there we had someone helping with work and they had access to our box folders years ago.  They still have access but I am not 100% sure what they have access to and how to remove them from having access

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Is this an external collaborator you're trying to remove? If yes, you can contact your main Admin and have this user removed from every folders he/she's invited to. 

    Meanwhile, for the folders you own. You can remove this collaborator in your folders at once by following the steps below. 

    Here's what to do: 

    • Login to box.com and navigate to your profile located at the top right corner. 
    • In the drop down select Collaborators. From there, you'll see all the list of your collaborators in your folders. 
    • Please hover to your collaborator that you need to remove then Remove.
