We are having problems with multiple users working on the same file - we keep not being able to save our edits and the doc effectively crashes. It is also saying other editors are in the document when they are not. This is causing major issues with a collaborative piece of work and as we are testing out whether Box will work for our organisation, we need to know whether these are issues that can be resolved.
