Hi, I'm encountering issues with the integration of Box for Salesforce. After having added the box in Lightning for record pages, Box isn't showing any folders and it does not show any data, when trying to create a folder, it fails with the "Collaboration for the request cannot be created/found. Please check configuration" error.
I followed instructions to similar issues other users had, but when checking on things on the box side, the folders there existed, and the folder IDs correlated to those that should be under the folder details under Salesforce's custom settings under Setup.

Cause:
The error can occur when the Box user account is not authorized (or the session has expired).
Resolution:
To resolve this error, follow the below steps to authorize your Box user account:
- From the Content App, click the nine dot menu and type "Box Settings" to open "Box Settings" tab.
- You should see a setting "Log In as a Box User". In the tile for this setting, click "Connect" (or "Reauthorize") and log in as your Box account.
