Unsure if I am overlooking something. We had an email sent over with an Accept Invite Link. When clicking on the invite link to accept the file does not appear. Have read through the forums and followed steps listed there and we are still not seeing the file. Would like assistance in locating this or what we need to do to correct.

As you accept the collaboration invite, please take note of the following:
Confirm which email the invitation is being sent to.
Check which email address your Box account is associated to. To do so, go to your Box account, click on your name on the top right hand side, then navigate to "Account Settings."
Make sure the email address the invitation was sent to matches the email in your account settings.
